Create Backup Agent

You can create and use the Backup Agent service in the Samsung Cloud Platform Console.

To create a Backup Agent, follow the steps below.

  1. All Services > Storage > Backup Click the menu. Go to the Service Home page of Backup.

  2. Click the Backup Agent menu on the Service Home page. It moves to the Backup Agent List page.

Backup Agent Cancel

You can cancel the unused Backup Agent.

Caution
  • Available, can only be terminated when in Error state.
  • If there is a Backup service connected to the Backup Agent, it cannot be terminated.
  • Backup policy count is the number of Backup services connected to the Backup Agent. After terminating all connected Backups, terminate the Backup Agent.

To cancel the Backup Agent, follow the steps below.
