Copilot Overview

You can use the Samsung Cloud Platform more conveniently through the generative AI‑based assistant service Copilot. Users can easily leverage Copilot using familiar interfaces and natural language, enabling them to conduct work accurately and efficiently. You can start a conversation with Copilot by clicking the Copilot button in the Samsung Cloud Platform Console.

Using Copilot

You can use Copilot via the Copilot button at the top of the Samsung Cloud Platform Console and the Copilot button at the lower right.
On the Dashboard of the Console Home page, which is the first login screen of the Samsung Cloud Platform Console, you can also use Copilot via the Copilot widget.

General Query

Through Copilot, you can ask general questions about the features, usage, and other aspects provided by Samsung Cloud Platform. To make a general query to Copilot, follow these steps.

1. Click the Copilot button at the top of the console. 1. Copilot popup window opens.
2. Copilot In the bottom prompt of the popup window, select General Query and ask a general question about Samsung Cloud Platform.

View Resource

You can ask questions about resources created in Samsung Cloud Platform through Copilot. To ask Copilot questions about Resources, follow these steps.

1. Click the Copilot button at the top of the console. 1. Copilot popup window opens.
2. Copilot In the popup window’s bottom prompt, select View Resource and ask a question about resources on Samsung Cloud Platform.

Start a new conversation

You can start a new conversation with Copilot. To start a new conversation with Copilot, follow these steps.

1. Click the Copilot button at the top of the console. 1. Copilot popup window opens.
2. Click the Start new conversation button at the top right of the Copilot popup. 2. A new conversation is starting.

Check conversation list

You can view the list of conversations you had with Copilot. To view the list of conversations with Copilot, follow these steps.

1. Click the Copilot button at the top of the console. 1. Copilot popup window opens.
2. Click the Conversation List button at the top left of the Copilot popup. 2. Conversation List expands.
3. In the Conversation list, click the conversation you want to view to go to that conversation.

Check recommended prompts

Copliot Knowledge Center provides recommended prompts for basic setup methods for using the service, solutions for issues that arise, information on fees, accounts, permissions, Open API and CLI, and other related information. Users can easily view and select the recommended prompts provided by Copilot using the Copliot Knowledge Center. To view the recommended Copilot prompts, follow these steps.

1. Click the Copilot button at the top of the console. 1. Navigate to the Copilot popup window.
2. Copilot in the popup window, click the Knowledge Center More button. 2. Copliot Knowledge Center The popup window opens.
   • You can also view the popup by clicking the Recommended Prompt button on the left side of the prompt input area.
3. Click the prompt you want to ask in the Copliot Knowledge Center popup window.
   • In Service Category, you can check the desired service or enter keywords in the search area to easily find the prompt you want.

     Category	Detailed description
     Service Category	Select the service category of the prompt provided by Copliot Knowledge Center Multiple selection allowed
     Search area	Enter the keyword of the desired prompt to search.

Add tag information

You can add tag information to a specific resource or project. To add tag information, follow these steps.

1. Click the Copilot button at the top of the console. 1. Copilot popup window opens.

2. Enter the tag addition command together with the name of the resource or project for which you want to add tag information in the bottom prompt of the Copilot popup window.

   • Example: Add a tag value to Virtual Server Project1

3. Copilot After entering the tag save information displayed in the popup window, click the Save button.

4. When the popup notifying tag saving opens, click the Confirm button.

View in a new tab

You can view and use Copilot in a new browser tab. To use Copilot in a new tab, follow these steps.

1. Click the Copilot button at the top of the console. 1. Copilot popup window opens.
2. Click the View New Window button at the upper right of Copilot. 2. It opens in a new tab of Copilot’s browser.
3. Click the Copilot tab opened in the browser. 3. Navigate to the Copilot page.
4. Use the desired feature on the Copilot page.

Resolving Warning Alerts with Copilot

If a warning notification occurs while using the Samsung Cloud Platform service, you can obtain information on how to resolve it by using Copilot. Click the Solve with Copilot button in the toast popup that opens when a notification occurs in the Samsung Cloud Platform Console. Information about warnings and solutions is provided in a Copilot popup window.
