Overview
Service Overview
Cloud Fabric Connect is a service that directly connects a customer’s On-Prem resources located in a neutral data center with multiple CSPs (AWS, GCP, Azure) via a private network. This enables customers to easily configure and use hybrid and multi‑cloud environments.
The Cloud Fabric Connect service consists of Fabric, the customer’s virtual space that includes location information; a physical Port that forms the network connecting on‑prem resources within the Fabric; a Connection that provides logical connection services between on‑prem resources and the CSP; and a Policy that applies routing/filtering policies to the connection segment.

Provided features
Cloud Fabric Connect provides the following features.
- Connection Automation: We automatically connect the infrastructure built in the network-neutral data centers (Gasan, Pyeongchon) with multiple CSPs (AWS, GCP, Azure), providing a differentiated and convenient service compared to other companies that connect manually through SR (Service Request).
- Various bandwidth options: When creating a Cloud Link, you can freely select from various bandwidth options according to the required traffic capacity, allowing you to optimize network costs.
- Multi-CSP Integration and Policy Enforcement: Supports flexible multi‑cloud network usage by enabling inter‑routing integration among the three CSPs (AWS, GCP, Azure) and applying customized routing policies.
- Samsung Cloud Platform Integration: By connecting to Samsung Cloud Platform via the Direct Connect service, you can use a variety of Samsung Cloud Platform services. * (As of September 2026, SR-based manual connection provided)
Component
Cloud Fabric Connect consists of the following components, and users can directly create each resource from the Console.
| Category | content | |
|---|---|---|
| Fabric | the customer’s virtual space located at a specific location (Gasan, Pyeongchon)
| |
| Port | Switch equipment port allocated for connecting the customer’s On-Prem resources
| |
| Connection | Service that provides logical connections between On-Prem resources and CSP within the Fabric
| |
| Cloud Links | Select the target region and bandwidth settings for the three CSPs (AWS, GCP, Azure)
| |
| Port Binding | Connect the created port to the target resource (Cloud Link or Gateway) | |
| BGP | Configure BGP routing for mutual communication on the Customer Side where On-Prem resources are connected, or on the CSP Side where Cloud Links are connected
| |
| Policy | A service that defines advanced routing and filtering to be applied to specific targets within a Connection and provides policy configuration. | |
| Object | When configuring BGP routing, set the attributes used for routing/filtering matches
| |
| Rule | When configuring BGP routing, define the Match Object and Set Action to apply
| |
| Profile | Selection of the direction to apply BGP routing and a collection of multiple Rule configurations
| |
| Attachment | Select the profile name to apply BGP routing and set the target. |
Constraints
The limitations of the Cloud Fabric Connect service are as follows.
- As of the September 2026 launch, service is provided only at the Gasan and Pyeongchon locations in Korea.
- The CSPs that can be connected via Cloud Link are the three providers AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- As of the September 2026 release, Azure-oriented Cloud Links connections are provided only at the additional location of the Enterprise offering.
- Fabric can be created up to one per Location per Account, with a maximum of two.
- If the Fabric location is Gasan and the CSP is AWS, the maximum connection bandwidth is 1 Gbps.
- After creating the Cloud Link connection bandwidth, the connection bandwidth speed cannot be changed.
- As of the September 2026 release, Samsung Cloud Platform’s Direct Connect service and automated connections are not provided. * After receiving a service request (SR), we configure the service manually.
Preceding Service
Cloud Fabric Connect has no prerequisite services.
